Venue and arrival:
The workshop will be helt at the Delphin Hotel in Guarujá, Avenida Miguel Stéfano, 1295 [Tel: (13)-3797-6000]. INCT-A will reemburse (see details and restrictions) the expenses for loding (in rooms with double occupancy) and meals (except beverages and expect dinner on Thursday, August 7) of the Brazilian participants in the meeting.
Arrival of the partipants should be scheduled for the afternoon/night of Thursday, August 7. Alternatively, participants may arrive on the morning of Friday, August 8, before start of the workshop activities. In this case, they can only check-into their hotel rooms after lunch time.
Departure of the participants is forseen after lunch on Sunday, August 10.

Information on reservations:
The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will make hotel reservations for all participants. In order to guarantee your reservation, please download (after the LOC has confirmed your participation in the event) the authorization form for debits on your credit card and send it to workshop@lna.br until 2014, July 11.
Your hotel expenses must be paid at check-out. The hotel only excepts chash (in Brazilian currency) or credit cards for payment.
The total hotel rate for the duration of the entire workshop is:- room with double occupancy: BR$ 639.00 (daily rate: BR$ 213.00)
- room with single occupancy: BR$ 780.00 (dayly rate: BR$ 260.00)
- lodging on August 7, 8 and 9
- dinner on August 8 and 9
- lunch on August 8, 9 and 10
- coffee breaks on August 8, 9 and 10
- cocktail on the night of August 7
Note: INCT-A will only reemburse expenses up to the costs for lodging in rooms with double occupancy.
Cancellation policy: Modifications of the arrival or departure date at the hotel, as well as cancellation of the reservations, must be communicated to workshop@lna.br until 2014, July 18.
Ground transportation
LNA will offer ground transportation from São Paulo (Guarulhos International Airport and City centre) to Guarujá free of charge. Depending on demand, ground transportation from Rio de Janeiro to Guarujá will also be offered. Details will be informed later.
Conference fee
We will charge a conference fee of BR$ 50.00 (fifty Brazilian Reais).
Conditions of funding by INCT-A
Funding on behalf of INCT-A is restricted to participants with a formal connection to Brazilian institutions. According to the rules of the financing agencies, INCT-A cannot cover expenses of:
- holders of productivity stipends, level 1, from CNPq
- holders of post-graduate stipends of FAPESP
- holders of a doctoral stipend of CNPq
- student on the level of "scientific initiation"
