Two meeting of the OPD Time Allocation Committee (TAC) were organized (for semesters
2001B and 2002A). The meetings took place in June and November at the Observatório
Nacional, Rio de Janeiro and the Universidade Federal de Rio de Janeiro, respectively.
During the latter meeting the TAC also distribution the observing time for the general
Brazilian community (excluding the ON and IAG) at the ESO 1.52m telescope. A summary of
